WANT TO HAVE FUN, LEARN, AND CONNECT WITH A HEALTH-CONSCIOUS TRIBE, WELLNESS EXPERTS, AND BRANDS?
Siyaflo Health Series hosts its 3rd event in Vancouver on Sunday September 9th! It’s back to school so it’s time to focus on our MINDS. Do carbs really make you more forgetful? Does CBD oil really help for stress? What is CBD oil anyway? Find out, as well as meditate to calm your crazy busy thoughts, and use your brain while dancing to keep your brain sharp…plus have a blast doing it!
Attendees will receive 2 free dance classes (valid for 1 month) among other goodies! More details below!
The morning will include a fusion of hatha and kundalini yoga + meditation to focus the mind and body; plus networking, and an urban contemporary dance class that’ll make you think (in a good way!)!
We’ll also chat with holistic nutritionist Brianna Persall of Well Daily on food for the brain, such as what things are good or bad for memory & clarity. Nutritionist Nadya Pecherskaya will also discuss the benefits of CBD oil for our minds.
We have a range of great PRIZES to give away thanks to our incredible sponsors (one lucky winner will win 10 free dance classes!)! Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the morning.
Come early to sign in, have some snacks & drinks, connect and enter your name into the draw for prizes! There will also be goodie bags for everyone, and each attendee will receive vegan veggie bites from Wholly Veggie!
SPACES LIMITED – Get your tickets now before we sell out! Must be 18 years or older 🙂
