Lisa is a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, Kinesiologist and writer. She works with athletes to help them achieve their best performance. She’s also spent time in Africa (where I live part time!) and is a fan of volleyball (I’m slightly obsessed), so she’s ok in my books 😉
