Dance. That’s not to say I can’t do any of it, but I love jazz class, which is super energetic, with lots of jumps, twists, and turns. It’s not terribly doable in the third trimester of pregnancy. Not without a LOT of modifying at the very least. I’m sure there are some women around the world who still take jazz classes and perform but I’d rather not risk it, and wouldn’t recommend it.
It’s hard to cut back on the things you love. Kind of like devouring Double Oreo Cookies, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

I love all the classes, instructors, and clients there. So yeah, I miss taking part in that vibe.
I think I’m just going to have to go to a class, I miss it too much! Maybe not a jazz class, but something a little more chill 😉
