A FREE Vancouver-based event where you can get a quick workout, learn tips on vegetarian eating, and a build healthy lifestyle is happening on February 2nd from 6-8pm.
Nikki and Zuzana of Active Vegetarian will be running the event and I’m looking forward to connecting with them. I did a little digging into their Instagram account and found it’s filled with awesome food and fitness tips, from how to sit smarter while at your computer, to healthy (and yummy!) recipes. They also published the Vegan Weight Loss Manifesto which I’m curious to take a look at. I have to try one of their chia pudding recipes!
