Want to have fun, learn, and connect with a health-conscious tribe and wellness experts?

Siyaflo Health Series hosts its 2nd event in Vancouver on Sunday July 15th! Summer’s finally here so let’s spice things up! Sorry gents, this one is ladies only! 

Date: Sunday July 15th

Time: 9-11am (registration starts at 8:30am)

Location: iDance Vancouver, 119 West Broadway, Vancouver

Event Description: 

A fun mix of sassy yoga, fascial stretching, nutrition talks on spices, aphrodisiacs, & body image, plus a sexy beginner dancehall dance class! There will be snacks, drinks, goodie bags, and PRIZES!

Come join us for the event: SPICY SUMMER!


The morning will include some vinyasa flow yoga to get your blood pumping, networking, and sexy beginner-friendly dancehall! Let’s get those summer bodies we love!

Plus we’ll chat with holistic nutritionist Laurence Annez de Taboada on the beneficial properties of spices (and maybe even throw in some “aphrodisiacs” while we’re at it ;)), as well as how she overcame an eating disorder, found out how to love healthy food, and now teaches others how to feel good in their bodies.

We’ll also learn from fascial stretch therapist Amy Laithwaite about the benefits of FST, and how to get more flexible (ahem, for the bedroom! Think hip openers!).

We have a range of great PRIZES to give away thanks to our incredible sponsors! Drinks and snacks will be provided throughout the morning.

Event Breakdown (approximate times):

8:30am – Registration, networking, snacks, drinks, and prize entries

9:00am – Let’s get started! Welcome and connecting activity (led by host Amanda Webb)

9:15am – Vinyasa flow yoga session to get us warmed up! (led by yoga instructor Emily Lee)

9:35am – Flexy stretch session (led by fascial stretch therapist Amy Laithwaite)

9:55am – Break

10:05am – Spicy nutrition talks (plus Q+A) (with holistic nutritionist Laurence Annez de Taboada)

10:20am – Sexy & fun dancehall class! (led by Colleen Cassidy)(beginner friendly!!!)

10:50am – Awesome prizes (from sponsors such as Be Fresh, Wholly Veggie, KAPOW NOW, iDance Vancouver, & more!), snacks, & time for photos!

10:55am – Wrap up, time for photos, networking, snacks, and chats!

11:00am – Make sure to get your goodie bag, we’re done! Feel free to stay and hang out!



What should I bring?

– Feel free to bring business cards to connect!

– You’re welcome to bring your own yoga mat (mats will be provided for those who don’t have one)

– Runners (for dancing!) *optional*

– Water bottle

– Your sexy self & good vibes!

Lockers will be available to store your bags, please bring a lock if you would like one locked up!

Is there free parking? And is it close to a skytrain?

Yes! There is free parking all around the park behind iDance Vancouver (119 W Broadway) on 7th and 8th avenue. There is also more on 10th avenue. iDance Vancouver is about a 5 minute walk from the Canada Line station at Broadway & Cambie.
