Studio Feature: YogaWithin – Noordhoek, Cape Town
YogaWithin is a beautiful yoga studio right in the heart of Noordhoek, Cape Town. If you’re ever in the area, I highly recommend you go to this studio!
It is absolute serenity.
The gorgeous glass-filled building is hidden in a lush tropical forest within the beautiful Noordhoek Garden Emporium. There’s even a calming water fountain to look at while you get your namaste on. It’s an oasis in the valley.
The studio is run by Anree Conorroe who is an absolute bundle of joy. She has such a zest for life, and is the kindest soul I’ve ever met. I absolutely love her energy, and her classes make you feel relaxed, stretched, and toned. She’s been practicing yoga for 20 years and has travelled the world developing her practice.
The studio offers a range of different vinyasa and yin classes, as well as frequent workshops. The latest feature was a Blissology workshop that Anree provided after studying with Blissology creator Eoin Finn from Vancouver, Canada.
Yes, there was even some good old fashioned hugging in class! 🙂
And if you love cats, you’re in luck.
A cat lives right by the studio and is always saying hello to the yogis. He may even come sit on your mat while you meditate!
